General Terms and User Agreement for the Use of the LifeLOG Application

1. Introduction These terms ("Terms") govern the use of LifeLOG ("Application"), provided by UniPoint AB, 556878-8409 ("We" or "Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Application.

2. User License We grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or resell the Application. All intellectual property rights and other rights to the Application are owned by UniPoint or its licensors. The Customer does not acquire any rights of any kind to the Application.

3. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Application in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Application in a way that causes or may cause harm to the Application or impairment of its accessibility. You may not use the Application for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including spreading viruses or other malicious code. The Customer is solely and exclusively responsible for all data the Customer enters, processes, or manages using the Application and all data the Customer stores on UniPoint’s servers. The Customer is not entitled to use information within the Application or space on UniPoint’s servers for any purpose other than utilizing the Application in accordance with this agreement. The Customer shall not, for commercial purposes, reproduce, duplicate, create copies of, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Application, its use, or access to it without prior written agreement with UniPoint. The Customer may also not use the Application as part of automated processes for other software applications, mass information distribution, or general file-sharing services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents related to the Application, belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not use these rights without explicit permission from the Company.

5. Privacy and Data Processing We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is part of these Terms. By using the Application, you consent to our processing of your personal data under the privacy policy. UniPoint and its employees do not have direct access to the information stored by the Customer through the Application and do not monitor the information stored by the Customer. The Customer understands that providing the Application and storing the Content may involve (a) transmission over various networks and (b) modifications necessary to adapt and process the Content in accordance with technical requirements for network or device connections. LifeLOG saves the location and timestamp of recorded events by default. The functionality of the Application is based on this data and cannot be opted out of. Data recorded during an event may be shared with others working within the application if permitted by the user.

6. Limitation of Liability The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. The Company is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Application. UniPoint makes no guarantee that the Application meets the Customer’s needs or that it can be used without interruptions or errors. The Application may be shut down immediately if UniPoint deems it necessary, for example, for security reasons. UniPoint reserves the right to change, add, or remove functions within the Application at any time and unilaterally modify, supplement, or otherwise adjust the terms of this User Agreement.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication of the revised Terms within the Application. By continuing to use the Application after changes, you accept the revised Terms.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application in the event of a breach of these Terms. If the Application has not been used for a period of at least 6 months, We reserve the right to terminate non-paying accounts (Basic).

9. Application Support Support for the Application is only provided to Customers who have subscribed to paid versions of the Application and is not included in free versions. Customers using a free version of the Application are referred to the website for further support information.

10. Payment Terms Customers who choose a paid version of the Application will be charged by UniPoint as agreed between the parties, i.e., according to the chosen payment method and period. Charges are based on UniPoint’s current price list for the Application, as published on the website, unless otherwise agreed. UniPoint reserves the right to change Application prices at any time. Such changes will only take effect after UniPoint has published a new price list on the website and informed the Customer of the price changes.
